This Montepulciano is medium - full bodied red wine that tips towards higher levels tannins. The palate exhibits dark cherry, plum, brambly berry, blackcurrant and boysenberry notes. Secondary flavours like dried herbs, violets and nuance of lavender are nicely balanced with the acidity.
