For around 30 years Mittagundi has been running 10 day programs for young people 14 to 17 years old. It is an adventurous program with lots of bush walking, abseiling and river activities. You don't need to be super fit or know how to do these things.
It's all about giving it a go.
Courses are made up of young people from a wide variety of schools and backgrounds. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know anyone else when you arrive.
If you've already been on a 10 day program - check out our Follow Up Programs. You're only allowed to go on one 10 day program, but you can go on as many follow ups as you like.
